Zambeef Products | Resignation of Director

Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Zambeef Products Plc (“Zambeef” or the “Company”) today announces the resignation of Mr. Yollard Kachinda as Non-Executive Director of the Board, effective 14 April 2022.
Mr. Kachinda served as a Non – Executive Director on the Board for the past five (5) years since 18 April 2017.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Kachinda for his immense contribution to the Company over the past few years and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
