Zambeef (AIM:ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that it received notification, on 13 February 2014, that Rhodora Limited (“Rhodora”) a company controlled by Adam Fleming, a non-executive director of the Company, has disposed of 1,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) (the “Disposal”).

Following the Disposal, and that announced on 12 February 2014, Mr. Fleming is now interested in [9,608,130] Ordinary Shares, representing approximately [3.87] per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
