Zambeef, the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, is pleased to announce its results for the year ended 30 September 2012. Below is an extract of the financial highlights from the abridged results.

Financial Highlights

• Revenue grew by 32% to ZMK 1,296 billion
• Gross Profit* increased by 43% to ZMK 480 billion
• EBITDA* was up by 56% to ZMK 138 billion
• Profit after Tax* went up by 41% to ZMK 63 billion
• Earnings per share* went up by 6% to ZMK 257 billion
