Zambeef revamps its Chandwe Musonda outlet

Food processor upgrades outlets and operation centres to enhance customer experience

LUSAKA, ZAMBIA – Food company Zambeef Products Plc has completed refurbishment of its latest outlet along Chandwe Musonda Road in Lusaka, bringing the facility up to world-class standards.

“The consumer purchase experience is very important and by improving the design of our facilities countrywide we hope to create more spacious, functional and inviting premises that will make it more enjoyable and convenient for them,” said Zambeef Marketing and Corporate Affairs Manager Felix Lupindula.

Renovations were carried out in line with the food company’s goal to upgrade its 150 outlets and operation centres across the country to international standards. This is to enhance efficiency and ease of operation of the centres with a major focus on strict hygiene practices.

“Hygiene in the food and beverage industry can never be overstated. It is our constant goal to ensure our products give consumers peace of mind knowing they have been processed and packaged with utmost care and strict adherence to international as well as local standards,” added Mr Lupindula.

Zambeef has also embarked on setting up macro outlets, such as the one at Ten Miles on the Great North Road, which will enable consumers to purchase all products from Zambeef and its subsidiaries in one convenient location.
