Experience: Brave Simpuki the Cropping Executive is an Agribusiness Manager With over 30 years of experience in commercial agriculture across Zambia and Malawi, Brave brings extensive expertise in large-scale arable farming, agronomy, and integrated livestock systems. He has a proven track record in developing and managing high-performance cropping operations, including maize, wheat, soya beans, and other key crops, while driving productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Prior to his current role, Brave served as Senior Arable Crops Manager at Zambeef for five years, He also held the position of Group Agronomist for eight years, directing crop production across multiple sites and providing strategic agronomic leadership at executive level.
Earlier in his career, Brave managed large-scale commercial farming operations in Malawi under the Clinton Development Initiative, where he successfully expanded farming operations and supported smallholder farmer development programs.
He holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from the University of Zambia and has completed advanced training in fertilizer advisory and management development. Brave is widely recognized for his strong leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to advancing sustainable and commercially viable agricultural systems.
