    Report Unethical Behaviour

    Zambeef Products Plc has zero tolerance towards corruption. We remain committed to being a responsible corporate citizen and are dedicated to maintaining integrity and transparency in our community. To safely and anonymously report any unethical behaviour or misconduct that you have witnessed or experienced, please fill out the feedback and questions form with as much detail as possible. Every report is handled with the utmost seriousness and discretion.

    Experience exclusive benefits with our myZambeef Rewards programme. Earn points with every purchase at Zambeef and Novatek outlets nationwide. Here’s how it works:

    Sign up:

     

    • Visit any of our stores where our dedicated staff will help you in fill out the sign-up form and capture your details. Or simply download the form here.
    • Your information will be securely uploaded into our system and linked to a unique card that you'll receive on the spot. The card is activated upon issuance and ready for immediate use.

     

    Earn points:

     

    Present your card during each purchase, and our staff will swipe or scan it to add points to your account automatically.
    Rewards points will be earned and accumulated in three categories as follows:


    Cold chain products – 1%

    • Every purchase of Zambeef’s protein products like beef, pork, chicken, dairy and related products accumulates points at a rate of 1 point for each K100 spent or 1%.

    Novatek products – 0.5%

    • Every purchase of animal feed at Zambeef macro and Novatek outlets - including our shoes and day-old chicks sold in the same outlets - accumulates points at a rate of 0.5 points per K100 spent or 0.5%.

    Third party supplied goods – 0.5%

    • Every purchase of all items in Zambeef outlets that are not manufactured or produced by Zambeef Products Plc or its subsidiary companies but are stocked and sold in the Zambeef outlets accumulates points at the rate of 0.5 points for every K100 spent or 0.5%.

     

    Redeem points:

     

    • Redeem accumulated points towards the value of your purchase for any product sold within Zambeef outlets at any time.
    • Points can be redeemed on their own or can be used as part of the bill payment to complement other forms of payment.
    • Inform our staff before completing your transaction if you wish to redeem points.
    • They will swipe or scan your card to process the redemption. There is no minimum points redemption per transaction.

     

    Points conversion

     

    • 1 point is equivalent to K1 for transactional and redemption purposes.

     

    Expiration

     

    • Reward points not utilised and inactive for a period exceeding 12 months will be forfeited.
